Allergen information
Our pies are made by hand, in our own kitchen. Here is how we show allergens, and how to order with confidence if you have an allergy.
One kitchen
All our pies are made in the same kitchen, where several priority allergens are used every day. Despite our care, we cannot guarantee that any product is free of traces of an allergen. The table below shows those of each product.
How to read our product pages
Each product page lists the priority allergens recognised by Health Canada. “Contains”: the allergen is part of the recipe. “May contain”: it is not in the recipe, but cross-contact is possible. The table below gathers this information for the whole shop.
Priority allergens in Canada
Peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans and molluscs, soy, wheat and triticale, mustard and sulphites, as well as gluten sources.
Boxes and recipes
A box contains the allergens of each pie in it: check each one’s page. Our recipes change with the seasons; the ingredient list printed on the package you receive is the reference.
A question before you order?
For a severe allergy, write to us before ordering, through the contact form. We will tell you plainly what we can guarantee and what we cannot.
